The beech wood chopping block is perfectly finished… smooth, clean, beautiful. The wood itself is elementally gorgeous. This board’s design makes it versatile and keeps messes on the board, not the counter. My only complaint is that I don’t want to actually use it… it’s so beautiful, it should be framed and hung on the wall as art.

The board was packaged in a nicely designed box conveying that modern feel. When taking the board out, it was pretty hefty, which definitely gave it a high-quality feel. I was also very impressed with the craftsmanship of the board upon my initial inspection. The color of the finish is very nice and I love the wood texture. There’s also grooves on the sides of the board for easy holding and carrying. All of the edges were sharp, crisp, and straight, which is an attribute to its attention to detail. Overall, it gave me a great first impression.
